You already know how this ends
You bought the gym-shop pair. They felt fine on day one. By week two the foam was a pancake and the velcro cuff opened every time you threw a hook.
That is not you being hard on gear. Thin foam compresses. A short cuff cannot hold a wrist under load.
The gloves were never the problem. The construction was.
A glove fails in two places: the knuckle foam and the wrist. If either one gives, you start compensating. You punch softer. You tape extra. You think your form is off. It is the glove folding on you.
What holds after bag work
- Dense foam core. The knuckle stays padded after a month of rounds, without turning into a pillow.
- Full-grain leather shell. The glove breaks in instead of splitting at the seams.
- Lace-up wrist. You pull it tight and tie it. It does not peel open on a hook.
What changes
Day 1. Lace them, hit the bag. The wrist stays in one piece on the first hard hook.
Week 1. The leather starts to take your hand shape. The foam still pushes back.
Month 1. They should still feel like training gloves, not kitchen sponges. If they do not, we refund you.
What boxers will say when they have trained in these
No customer reviews yet. Empty on purpose. The 30-day refund is the proof until people who actually train in these write their own.

Choose your weightQuestions
Why $89 when the gym sells gloves for $40?
The $40 pair is why you are here. Thin foam and a velcro cuff. Over a training block you buy them twice. This pair is meant to last the block.
I only do bag work. Do I still want these?
Yes. Bag work is what they are built for. Start with 16 oz unless you already know you want a lighter pair for pads.
Which weight should I get?
12 oz for pads and faster rounds. 14 oz if you mix pads and bag. 16 oz for bag work and light sparring. If you are unsure, take 16 oz.
How do I know they will fit?
Lace-up lets you set the wrist. They are a standard adult training last. If they do not work in 30 days, we refund you.
What if they go soft?
That is the whole point of the guarantee. Train in them. If the foam goes flat or the cuff loosens, we refund you.
Do I need wraps too?
Yes. A glove cannot replace a wrap. Add the 180-inch pair in the box. They are long enough to lock the wrist and cover the knuckles.
